We have three very important guarantees for our clients:

Quality: Firstly, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service delivered as per the service list and job sheet details, simply send a photo within 24 hours to have it re-cleaned free of charge.
Hygiene: Second, we are committed to consciously avoiding cross-contamination from one client’s home to another, and to always use clean, tightly cleaned rags and mop heads every day.
Consistency: Thirdly, we ensure consistency by arriving on the same recurring day of your cleaning schedule and providing services according to the specified details or client requirements.

To make the most of your cleaning, we recommend collecting all your items from the floor and countertops before the housekeeper’s arrival. It allows them to cover all areas and put all their effort into the cleaning service.
Have your valuables put away to avoid accidents. Limited liability protection for valuable antiques or non-replaceable items.
Customer has 30 days to request, or report damaged or broken items for replacement or repair. After 30 days the customer assumes liability.

Housekeepers will typically arrive withing 15 minutes of your schedule.

Yes! Housekeepers are encouraged to build relationships with their clients, in order to provide the best possible service. We have regular teams around your area. Don’t worry though, if one of your regular housekeepers is out for any reason, we will send another team to ensure your house is taken care of.

Normally our housekeepers work individually. However, sometimes they will have a second or third helper assigned to the team if needed.

We don’t solicit tips, but if you think the housekeepers did a great job, they appreciate it!

The housekeepers come fully equipped, but we are happy to use any cleaning product you prefer; just let your housekeepers know where to find it.

We serve a wide variety of clients with many different sensitivities and needs. So we have taken the time to select our cleaning products and provide the best cleaning possible. Our products contain chlorine, used to disinfect areas of particular concern. However, we will be happy to use any alternative products you prefer.

The following is a list of products our housekeeping employees use on regular basis:

– Spic& Span- Professional disinfectant- All purpose& glass cleaner.
– Vinegar.
– Blast Away Oven & Grill Cleaner.
-Diversey – Emerel Multi-surface crème, cleanser.
– Pro Line® Comet® Disinfecting Sanitizing Bathroom, Cleaner.
– Tilex/chlorine.
– Calcium removes.
– Bona – Hardwood floor cleaner.
– Bar Keepers Friend – Multi-surface cleanser & polish.

There is no problem! If the request is small, you can ask your team directly or leave them a note in a visible area. However, if the task requires more than a few minutes, we ask that you call us so we can schedule a little more time.

No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable, we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly, they do have a schedule though so make sure to give them enough space to get their work done.

Your housekeepers are human, so occasionally, they may miss something; do not worry; we guarantee all of our work 100%! If you are ever unhappy with anything, call us, and we’ll promptly fix the mistake at no charge.

We use the Venmo or Zelle application. So, if you have those applications, you can deposit us there. Additionally, we offer deposits from one bank account to another.

Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, email us at ampproperlycleaning@gmail.com, and we’ll send you our current documentation.

We offer home, over the phone, and written estimates. All estimates are free and hold no obligation. To get a written estimate you will have to go to our “contact” tab on our website and fill out the information. In order to give an accurate house cleaning estimate, we will need to know what type of service and how many square feet we will be cleaning.
