Move In / Move Out Clean

Have your home ready for you or your guest on the day needed.

Bathroom

  • CleanToilets (seat and cover).
  • Clean Tub/showers.
  • Clean the sink, under the sink, counter, faucet clean.
  • Vacuum and Mop floors.
  • Arrange towels for guests.
  • Dust any surfaces areas.

Bedroom

  • Make all bed.
  • Dusting surfaces including night table, lamps/lights, phone, TV, dressers, bed frame, art, etc.
  • Carpet/Floors - all vacuumed/mooped.
  • Closets, vaccumed/ mooped/dusted.
  • Dust blinds.

Kitchen

  • Cabinets doors clean.
  • Kitchen appliance such as refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, etc.
  • Clean inside Windows.
  • Clean counter surfaces.
  • Sink, faucets, under the sink.
  • Dispose all left over food, drinks unless otherwise instructed.
  • Wash dirty dishes.

Laundry/Others

  • Laundry: Floor, filter, free of dust/fingerprints.
  • We will empty trash cans.
  • We are welcome to clean any other areas as per request.

**In the check out the guest have to take out the trash and put the dishes in the dishwasher**
